Anna Dedousis-Wallace
BA, BSc, DipEd, PGDip, MPsych (Clinical), MAPS, MACPA
Anna has extensive experience working with adolescents, their parents and teachers, both on the front line as a high school teacher in outback and metropolitan areas of Australia, and in her roles as a clinical psychologist at The Kidman Centre and in private practice. She specialises in the treatment of disruptive behaviour disorders, psychotic disorders, depression and anxiety. Anna has trained over 1,000 teachers on how to identify and respond to indirect bullying in schools. She also designs and delivers training seminars for health professionals, students, teachers and the general community on a range of mental health topics.

Dr Sophia Drysdale

Sophia is driven by an insatiable curiosity to find innovative ways of working with children and adolescents where traditional approaches prove ineffective. She has a background in child and family community mental health, and draws on a range of evidence-based psychological approaches in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness based approaches. Sophia's work includes travelling to rural and regional areas across NSW to train educators and school counsellors in the CPS framework.

Alix Ringbauer

Alix is a warm, genuine, empathic psychologist with a youthful nature who prides himself on building strong therapeutic relationships with young people and their families. He enjoys working flexibly and creatively with young people, tailoring interventions towards each individual's unique strengths, needs and goals. Alix has a background in working with children, adolescents and adults in community mental health. His experience includes assisting clients who present with anxiety, depression, psychosis, emotional regulation difficulties and relationship issues. He draws on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions therapy. Outside of work, Alix loves spending time with his dog, swimming in the ocean and escaping the city for a camping trip whenever he gets the chance.
