Our team is dedicated to supporting your academic journey, well-being, and any challenges you may face. Whether you’ve travelled from far away or close by, Jumbunna is your home away from home. 

You’ll find us on Level 6 of the UTS Tower, in a warm and welcoming space where we encourage you to drop in and say hello. Our friendly team is ready to assist with whatever you need.

Reception Hours

Jumbunna reception is open: 

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:30am to 4:00pm 

  • Friday: 9:30am to 1:00pm
